Each of our owners association managers undertakes continuing professional development (CPD) training each year to uphold service standards and maintain certification with governing bodies and Authorities
Beyond their respective university qualifications, our owners association managers and most support staff possess at least the M-100 (Owners Association Management Program) and M-205 (Risk Management Training for Owners Association Managers) qualifications under RERA’s training and management.
Additionally, many of our staff also poses the RERA trained qualifications of M-201 (Owners Association Facility Management Program), M-202 (Association Communications), M-203 (Community Leadership), M-206 (Financial management) and M-360 (Leadership Practices in Building Community).
